Hundreds of Hanoians queued from dawn to dust in Thuy Khue street to buy well-known traditionally-made mid-autumn cakes.

Since September 19 (or August 10 on the lunar calendar), people have crowded to mid-autumn cake shops in Thuy Khue street was among the mid-autumn cake shops, Bao Phuong always attracts the most buyers as it is the only baker that makes traditional mid-autumn cakes. |
On these days, a long line of people are waiting patiently for their turn in front of the shop window to get traditional mid-autumn cakes. |
Bao Phuong bakery, located at 183 Thuy Khue, is well-known for its mid-autumn cakes with traditional tastes. Sometimes, people have to spend half a day to get some cakes. In recent years, Hanoians tended to return to traditional mid-autumn cakes with typical flavors. |
