Italian Cultural Festival to take place at Thang Long Imperial Citadel
PSNews – On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Italia, the Italian Cultural Festival will be held at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, in Hanoi on November 10-11, according to the Italian Embassy.

The 2-day event themed “Italian Square” will include a wide range of activities such as food and wine tasting, fashion show, music performance, sport exchange.
Visitors will have a chance to enjoy delicacies made by Italian chefs. “The event is held annually to introduce the quintessence of Italian food, wine and culture; and enhance the exchange and friendship between two peoples,” Italian Ambassador Cecilia Piccioni said.
The Italian Cultural Festival will also exhibit typical products of Italian companies operating in Vietnam as well as their Vietnamese partners. Additionally, Vietnamese Diva Hong Nhung and famous opera singers of Vietnam and Italia will participate in the music performance.
On this occasion, the event will create opportunity for Vietnamese young people to meet and study football with coaches from the Juventus Institute.
The festival is one of the activities being held this year to celebrate the 45th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam - Italia diplomatic relation (March 23, 1973). It is organised annually in Vietnam as part of a broader initiative promoted by the Italian Government worldwide — the Week of Italian Gastronomy.
