Phuong Nga reveals her national costume for Miss Grand International

PSNews – Preparing for the national costume round of Miss Grand International, Vietnamese representative Bui Phuong Nga revealed some photos dressing the amazing dress designed by Hue-based designer Khanh Shyna.

| The national costume that Phuong Nga brings to Miss Grand International is called "Ngu Phung Te Phi", using royal gold color as main ton. She also said that the special Ngu Phung Te Phi” is made of brocade and traditional silk. |

| Hue-based designer Khanh Shyna shared that the dress is inspired by the phoenix, one of four sacred animals according to Vietnamese belief, reflecting the elegance, virtue and grace of Vietnamese women. |

| He adds that the five phoenixes on the dress symbolize strength and power of the Nguyen Dynasty. It took Khanh Shyna three days and three nights of hard work to complete the costume. |

| Earlier, the organizing board of the Miss Grand International pageant has launched a vote for portraits of this year’s contestants, the top 9 photos which receive the most likes and shares will be announced later. Phuong Nga’s portrait has received approximately 4,000 likes so far. |
