Around 9:30 p.m. on October 7, 2021, the Fire and Rescue Police Division under the Quang Tri Provincial Police Department received information about three people who had been isolated by flooding due to heavy rain at Suoi 1 spillway area in Cam Tuyen commune, Cam Lo district.
The police with necessary means and equipment for rescue quickly arrived at the scene to conduct the rescue mission.
