With his empathy and kindness to the poor, Minister To Lam supported a number of Hmong people in building their homes in Nam Ke commune over the past time.
Now, a lot of poor Hmong families have lived in their own new houses with the picture of Uncle Ho on the wall. Feeling happy, they wrote letters thanking the Party’s leaders, government, and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security as well as local authorities.
In their letters, they also promise to live and work in accordance with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and strive for a better life. They are also committed to not follow heretical religions, not migrate freely, and not exit the country illegally while uniting together in building a cultural and prosperous community.
