On behalf of the leaders of the Party and State, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praised the force for its outstanding achievements and feats of arms.
On the occasion, the Prime Minister extended best wishes to the Economic Security Force, and expressed deep gratitude to all generations of economic security officers and soldiers for their great contributions and sacrifices during the cause of national development and defense.
The Prime Minister suggested that the Economic Security Department continue to well perform its functions and tasks of ensuring economic security in the current situation, scrutinizing security and order elements in key national schemes and projects for socio-economic development while improving its capacity of law-making and law enforcement in economic management so as to actively contribute to building a socialist-oriented, independent and self-reliant market economy, and actively and effectively integrating into the world.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh believes that, under the glorious banner of the Party, the direct leadership of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the leadership of Public Security, the Economic Security Force will strive to successfully complete all assigned tasks, ensure economic security, protect national security, and effectively facilitate rapid and sustainable economic development.
On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam sincerely thanked the thought and care of the Party and State leaders for the People's Public Security Forces in general and the Economic Security Force in particular.
The Ministry of Public Security will keep in mind the instructions of the Prime Minister and apply them to its work program, and direct the entire Economic Security Force to successfully fulfill its tasks.
