Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc appointed as Chief of Party Central Office

The Party Central Committee organized a meeting to announce the Politburo’s decision on the appointment of Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Board of the Public Security Central Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc as new Chief of the Party Central Committee Office on the morning of June 3rd, in Hanoi.

At the meeting, Member of the Party Central Committee and Permanent Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Organisation Commission Mai Van Chinh announced the Politburo’s decision on personnel work.

Accordingly, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy has also left the Standing Board of the Public Security Central Party Committee to take on the position of Chief of the Party Central Committee Office.

On behalf of the Politburo, Standing Member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong handed over the Politburo's decision to Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc and congratulated him on his new assignment.

At the meeting, Standing Member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong said that the newly-appointed Chief of the Party Central Committee Office holds a very heavy responsibility, requesting Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc to quickly grasp the situation in the office and closely follow the working program of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat for the year of 2024 as well as the remaining time of the tenure while carefully making preparations for the coming 10th Meeting of the 13th Party Central Committee.

Delivering his inaugural speech, Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Nguyen Duy Ngoc sincerely thanked the Party Central Committee for it’s recognition and trust in him and promised that he will quickly get to work while bringing into full play the internal solidarity of the Party Central Committee Office to successfully fulfil all assigned tasks.
