Ha Nam Police popularize traffic regulations to students at Thanh Tan Secondary School

The Traffic Police Division under the Ha Nam Provincial Police Department on May 18 organized a meeting to popularize regulations of social order and security and traffic safety to students at Thanh Tan Secondary School, Thanh Liem District, Ha Nam Province. 

At the meeting, soldiers of the Traffic Police Division of Ha Nam provided students basic knowledge of road traffic laws; popular causes ò accidents and ways to avoid them;  how to choose a standard helmet and how to wear helmets correctly as well as levels of fines and consequences of incorrectly wearing helmets when on motorbikes. 

The meeting helped students at Thanh Tan Secondary School understand more about the traffic law, and be more aware of observing the regulations on traffic safety.
