Hai Duong police step up measures against COVID-19

The Provincial Police Department of Hai Duong has taken various measures to prevent the infection among the local police force amid the current complicated COVID-19 pandemic in the province.

Since the first COVID-19 case was identified in the province, the provincial police have deployed health checkpoints at the main entrance of its headquarters. Police medical workers regularly spray disinfectants all area of office buildings and vehicles, and check the body temperature of all policemen and people entering the police compound.

All units under the provincial police have seriously implemented COVID-19 prevention measures. All local policemen are required to make health declarations, daily reports on their health conditions, and working schedules.

All police officers deployed to medical checkpoints across the province were equipped with necessary medical equipment and tools so that they can fulfil their tasks of detecting and handling cases related to COVID-19.

Field hospitals, quarantine camps, working places of police officers involved in epidemic prevention and control, and dining room for the anti-epidemic force are all reasonably arranged, meeting all requirements of pandemic prevention.

The provincial police also conducted COVID-19 testing for all local police officers, soldiers and workers.
