Minister of Public Security receives Founder of Harbinger Capital Partners

PSNews-Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Minister of Public Security received Mr. Philip Falcone, Founder of the Harbinger Capital Partners, USA.

Minister Lam expressed his pleasure over the construction progress of the Ho Tram Project in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, and highlighted it as an important foreign-invested tourism project in Vietnam, which create numerous jobs and make a large contribution to the local budget.
Minister Lam asked the Harbinger Capital Partners to continue to expand its investment in Vietnam, especially in tourism; induce other US enterprises to invest in Vietnam, contributing to strengthening economic, trade and investment ties between the US and Vietnam in the time to come.
Mr. Philip Falcone expressed his thanks to the Vietnamese Minister for the kind reception and hoped that the Government and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam would further facilitate long-term and stable operations of US enterprises, including the Harbinger Capital Partners.
