Nghe An Provincial Police have new Director

The event saw the presence of Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong, Deputy Secretary of the Public Security Central Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security; and Mr. Thai Thanh Quy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

Under the decision of the MPS, Senior Colonel Pham The Tung, who used to be Director of the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department, has been promoted to the post of Director of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department.

Speaking at the event, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong believed that, Senior Colonel Pham The Tung on his new position would continue to heighten his sense of responsibility, continuously improve his leadership, collaborate closely with the Provincial Police Party Committee and other leaders to promote the provincial police’s solidarity, and lead the local police forces to successfully fulfill all assigned tasks.

For his part, Senior Colonel Pham The Tung vowed to try his best to serve the country and the people, as well as to preserve and promote the glorious tradition of the local police forces.
