Nhan Dan Newspaper honors public security typical examples in emulation movement "For National Security"
The event aims at celebrating the 75th National Independence Day (September 2), the 75th founding anniversary of the People's Public Security, 15th “All People Protecting National Security” Festive Day.

The meeting saw the presence of General To Lam, Member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security, Mr. Thuan Huu, Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of the Nhan Dan Newspaper and Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association, among other leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Nhan Dan Newspaper.
Speaking at the event Mr. Thuan Huu affirmed that, over the past 75 years, the Public Security Forces have continuously promoted the patriotic emulation movements, including the emulation movement "For National Security", the movement "Public Security Forces studying and following Uncle Ho’s six teachings".

As a result, the emulation movements have motivated all public security officers and soldiers to try their best to obtain achievements in performing their duties assigned by the Party, the State and the people.
At the meeting, the typical examples in the emulation movement "For National Security" and the movement "All people protect the national security” in the period of 2015 - 2020 shared their stories and personal experiences during the fight against crimes.

According to Minister To Lam, the People's Public Security Forces always coordinate closely with all press and media agencies, especially the Nhan Dan Newspaper, in disseminating the Party’s guidelines as well as fighting wrong viewpoints of the hostile forces. The newspaper also coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security in popularizing typical examples and great contributions of the Public Security Forces in the cause of national construction and security protection.
On behalf of the Public Security Forces, Minister To Lam thanked the media and press agencies, especially the Nhan Dan Newspaper, for their supports to the forces over the past time. He hoped that the media and press sector will further coordinate effectively with the Public Security Forces and the Ministry of Public Security in the coming time.
