Officers of Quyet Tien Prison join blood donation day

Many officers and workers of Quyet Tien Prison, based in Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang, recently joined a blood donation day organized by the Police Department of Management of Prison, Compulsory Re-education Center and Reformatory and the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center of 19-8 Hospital.

This activity responded to General Secretary and State President Nguyen Phu Trong’s call “All people voluntarily donate blood” and the letter from General To Lam.
Colonel Nguyen Van Cuong, Vice Chief Warden of the Prison, said that blood donation is a regular activity of officers and workers of the prison with a view to supporting other officers or people in need of blood for treatment.
