February 27 has become as the Vietnam Doctors’ Day since President Ho Chi Minh sent a letter to the health staff across the country 62 years ago.
In 2016, the Vietnamese health sector in general and doctors of the Ministry of Public Security in particular contributed significantly to improving health of the public security staff and the people.

On the visits to the Traditional Medicine Hospital under the Ministry of Public Security and Bach Mai Hospital in Hanoi, Major General Mien, on behalf of the Editorial Board of PSN, presented flowers to congratulate all doctors and other health workers on their traditional day.
The Editor in Chief of PSN praised the outstanding achievements made by doctors of the People’s Public Security Forces and Bach Mai Hospital, saying that thanks to efforts of the two hospitals, many advanced technologies have been applied facilitating the healthcare and treatment of patients as well as improving the quality and effectiveness of their health services.

General Mien then expressed his hope that all doctors and medical workers of the two large hospitals in 2017 would continue contributing to the healthcare sector, improving efficiency of healthcare activities as well as educating and training a good successive generation of nurses and doctors.
For their part, leaders of the Traditional Medicine Hospital under the Ministry of Public Security and Bach Mai Hospital thanked the PSN leadership for the warm sentiment and well collaboration with the healthcare sector of the country.
They committed themselves to making efforts and to focus on enhancing professional skills and high-tech applications in examination and treatment, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare.
