Public Security Department of Education and Training holds Party Congress

The draft political report at the event read that, the Party organization of the Ministry of Public Security to issue various legal documents and guidelines to improve the efficiency and quality of education and training in the Public Security Forces in line with the new organizational apparatus of the forces.

The Party organization also paid great attention to Party and force building while tightening Party discipline among its Party members and promoting its leadership over the department’s mission implementation.
On behalf of the Ministry of Public Security’s leadership, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh recognized and hailed the efforts and achievements made by the Party organization over the past time.
He asked the Party organization to strictly follow resolutions of the Party and the State on comprehensively renovating training programs and applying modern teaching and learning methods while expanding educational cooperation with foreign partners contributing to promoting the country’s international integration.

He stressed that the public education and training sector should actively participate in developing human resources to meet the requirements of national socio-economic development in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
He also asked the Party organization to advise the Public Security Central Party Committee to develop a contingent of public security teachers and educational managers with good expertise and moral qualities.
At the event, delegates elected the Party Executive Committee of the department’s Party organization for the next term and a delegation to attend the 7th Public Security Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
