Bac Giang Police Department holds dialogue with female and young police officers

At the meeting, representatives from the Youth Union chapters and Women Union chapters of local police units asked 14 questions to the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Provincial Police Department.

The questions mainly focused on career development policies for female and young police officers, political and ideological education for young police officers and soldiers, the roles and responsibilities of young police officers in the digital transformation process.

Concluding the meeting, Senior Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan praised local female and young police officers for their large contribution to the general achievements of the local police in recent times.

According to the Director of the Provincial Police Department, such an activity offers a good opportunity for the Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police Department, and heads of local police units to further understand the thoughts and aspirations of female and young police officers.
