Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung emphasized that Vietnam in general and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in particular always considers the center as one of the important initiatives to effectively strengthen the Mekong - Lancang cooperation mechanism.

The Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam highly appreciates the coordination activities in preventing and combating crime organized by the center, and recognizes that the two parties have achieved positive results, contributing to ensuring security, order and peace as well as maintaining stable development in the region.

The Ministry of Public Security proposed that the center strengthen mechanisms of exchanging information regarding human trafficking, drug trafficking and environmental crimes, and organize training programs to improve the capacity of law enforcement officers of member countries...

Sincerely thanking Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung for the meeting, Mr. Ju Xiaowen highly appreciated the cooperation between the Mekong - Lancang Integrated Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation Center and competent agencies under Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in recent times, wishing the cooperative relationship between China – Vietnam and between Vietnamese law enforcement forces and Mekong - Lancang region countries further development.
