The Chu Pah District National Service Council held a ceremony to hand over local enlistees to military and public security units on the morning of February 25, 2024, at the Military Command of Chu Pah district, Gia Lai province.
In 2024, Chu Pah district selected 134 outstanding youths for national service, including 114 for military units and 20 for public security units.
At the event, the young enlistees who would join the armed forces were fully equipped with uniforms and belongings were joyful and excited to do national service.
Some showed their strong resolve to overcome all difficulties and challenges, and complete all assigned tasks during their service.
Enlistee Ro Cham That shared: "Since I was a child, I dreamed of becoming a policeman, so after graduating from Gia Lai Pedagogical College, I registered to join the police. I would like to contribute my youthful enthusiasm and strength to the cause of protecting national security."
On this occasion, Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc and leaders of the province and district presented flowers and gifts to new enlistees, encouraging them to excellently complete all assignments.
