Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To makes working trip to Bac Giang Provincial Police Department
A delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To had a working session with the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department, on March 22, 2023. Present at the meeting were Secretary of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee Duong Van Thai, leaders from a number of units under the Ministry of Public Security and leaders of local police units.
At the meeting, local police leaders discussed favorable conditions as well as difficulties for the local police forces to perform their tasks with a focus on pointing out difficulties faced by the communal police force.
They also recommended solutions to overcome difficulties, and asked for instructions from the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security on how to deal with hard issues. Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To praised the positive results achieved by the local police forces in recent years.
Regarding key tasks in the coming time, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc requested that the Party Committee and Directorate of the Bac Giang Provincial Police Department effectively implement the Politburo’s Resolution 12 on building pure, professional, powerful, elite and modern Public Security Forces, including the Bac Giang provincial police force, to meet the task requirements in the current context.
The local police should also improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the state management of information security, step up administrative reforms to create favorable conditions for people and businesses to carry out administrative procedures while accelerating the implementation of Project 06, maintaining the effective operation and frequently upgrade data on the National Population Database.
