Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To meets citizens in May 2022

Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To had meetings with citizens on May 16.

Leaders of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) monthly meet citizens at the ministry’s Citizen Reception Hall (No. 99 Nguyen Tuan, Thanh Xuan Trung ward, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi).

At this month’s meetings, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To listened to people’s feedback on State agencies’ handling of their petitions. Particularly, some citizens complained that their problems are unresolved or unsatisfactorily solved.

Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To received and read every letters, petitions of the citizens. He assigned the MPS Inspectorate to coordinate with concerned public security agencies and local police units to reply to citizens’ requests in accordance with laws and report the results thereof to the MPS leadership.

Regarding requests that are beyond the responsibility of the MPS, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To guided citizens to send letters to agencies with suitable jurisdiction.
