Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To requests police in Binh Thuan to focus on implementting Resolution 12
A delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by Deputy Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To worked with the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department, on the morning of February 22, 2023.
In a summary report on the situation and results of the work of the local police in the first 2 months of 2023 and their key tasks in the coming time, Director of the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Tran Van Toan stated, in the first months of the year, the leadership of the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department had directed the local police forces to seriously implement the directives of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee while taking synchronous measures to ensure public order and security as well as safety of political, economic, cultural and social activities in the locality.
The provincial police actively advised the local authorities on measures to stabilize emerging issues and fight crime and law violations; as a result, the rate of crimes was reduced.
The provincial police also effectively performed the State management of security and order, cleaned population data, enhance the issuance of citizens’ chip-based ID cards and electronic identification. The local police also focused on building the movement “All people protecting national security” in the province.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To praised the effort and good work results in all aspects of the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department in recent years.
Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To requested that the Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department should actively advise local Party committees and local authorities to mobilize the entire political system to participate in the work of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, and preventing crime.
