General To Lam works with Tuyen Quang authority

At the working session, Chainman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province Nguyen Van Son briefed General To Lam and other delegates on the situation and results of  socio-economic development, Party and political work as well as the task of consolidating national defense and security in Tuyen Quang in 2021 and in the first 7 months of 2022, and orientations for key tasks of the province in the upcoming times.

Speaking at the event, Minister To Lam praised the effort and fruitful results achieved by the Party Committee, authority and people of Tuyen Quang Province in recent years, especially in the first 7 months of 2022.

Underlining the important and strategic position of Tuyen Quang, Minister To Lam said that, over the past years, the MPS has closely coordinated with the authority of Tuyen Quang Province to perform the tasks of safeguarding national security, maintaining social safety and security, and building the Tuyen Quang provincial police force, contributing to local social stability and economic development.  

Minister To Lam also suggested the local Party Committee and authority seriously implement Resolution No.11 of the Politburo on socio-economic development, digital transformation, social security policies, poverty reduction and hunger eradication.

Minister To Lam also proposed some other key security tasks, including cyber security, economic and social security, while strictly handling corruption, strengthening security in industrial zones, and preventing crime and law offences in a fundamental and sustainable way.

General To Lam hoped that the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee would pay attention to the implementation of the Resolution No. 12 of the Politburo on building truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modernized People's Public Security Forces, meeting all task requirements in the current situation.
