Major General Dinh Van Noi visits spouse of Lao police officer under treatment in Vietnam
PSNews - A delegation of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department led by Director Major General Dinh Van Noi in June visited the spouse of Deputy Director of the Public Security of Xay Nha Bu Ly province (Laos) Colonel Kham Sin Phiu Van Na, who is under treatment at Military Hospital 103 under the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense.
The spouse of Colonel Kham Sin - Phiu Van Na is suffering from end-stage chronic kidney failure and is taken by Colonel Kham Sin Phiu Van Na to Vietnam for treatment.
Being informed of the case, the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department decided to visit and support Colonel Kham Sin Phiu Van Na’s wife.
At the meeting, on behalf of the leadership of the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department, Major General Dinh Van Noi offered 17,500 USD of assistance to Colonel Kham Sin - Phiu Van Na.
Colonel Kham Sin Phiu Van Na thanked the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department for their support and thought, saying that the assistance shows strong friendship between the Public Security Forces of Vietnam and Laos.
Major General Dinh Van Noi said that the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department will stand side by side with Colonel Kham Sin Phiu Van Na’s family in curing his spouse, and ask doctors of Hospital 103 to seek the best treatment for his wife.
