Minister To Lam hosts meeting with NA deputies working in the People's Public Security
The Ministry of Public Security held a meeting with the National Assembly deputies of the 15th National Assembly who work in the People's Public Security, on the afternoon of October 21, 2022, in Hanoi.
Minister of Public Security General To Lam chaired the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, Minister To Lam stated that, at the 4th sitting session, the 15th National Assembly will listen to and discuss the Government's report on crime prevention and control in 2022, and consider the draft resolution of the National Assembly on pilot project to auction license plates of automobiles.
These are the two documents that the Ministry of Public Security has ben in charge of drafting for the Government.
Minister To Lam suggested that the National Assembly deputies working with the Public Security Forces actively participate in discussion and questioning sessions, contributing to improving the quality of the National Assembly sitting.
They should also grasp the contents of the 15th National Assembly sitting so as to later convey the information to voters as well as Vietnamese nationals abroad and international friends.
NA deputies as public security officers should spread the working results of the Public Security Forces in safeguarding national security, maintaining public order and safety, as well as encourage National Assembly deputies, voters and people of the whole country to join the cause, contributing to maintaining political stability, creating a safe, healthy and secure environment fof socio-economic development and foreign affairs of the country.
