PSNews - Recently, Minister of Public Security General To Lam received Ambassador of Qatar to Vietnam Mohamed Ismail Al Emadi, who was about to end his term of office in Vietnam.

At the meeting, Minister To Lam congratulated Ambassador Mohamed Ismail Al Emadi on his successful term of office in Vietnam, and praised him for his contribution to promoting the Vietnam-Qatar relationship in general and cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and relevant agencies of Qatar in particular.

On the basis of the "Cooperation Agreement on Prevention and Fight against Transnational Crime” between the Ministry of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Ministry of Interior of the State of Qatar signed in 2014, the cooperation between the two sides was expanded in many fields.

Ambassador of Qatar to Vietnam Mohamed Ismail Al Emadi presents a gift to Minister To Lam.

Minister To Lam believed that the cooperation between the two countries would be further expanded on a par with the potential and advantages of the two countries, as well as with the good friendship between the two nations, especially in the fields of communication, national security, crime prevention and fight.

For his part, Ambassador Mohamed Ismail Al Emadi expressed delighted at the development of the friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries in general and between the relevant Qatari authorities and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in particular.

He believes that, in the coming time, the bilateral cooperation and relationship will continue thriving and reap more large fruits.

The Ambassador affirmed, he, with his responsibility and personal feelings, will continue to do his best to promote relations and cooperation between the two countries, regardless of working position after returning home.
