Russian Minister of Internal Affairs receives Friendship Medal from State of Vietnam
Minister of Public Security General To Lam hosted a ceremony to reward the Friendship Medal of the State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation General Kolokoltsev Vladimir Alexandrovich, on October 31, 2023, in Hanoi.
General To Lam underlined, to recognize the Russian official’s outstanding achievements in strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Vietnam and the Russian Federation and promoting cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, on October 29, 2023, the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed Decision No. 1290/QD-CTN awarding the Friendship Medal to Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation General Kolokoltsev Vladimir Alexandrovich.
Speaking at the ceremony, Minister Kolokoltsev Vladimir Alexandrovich thanked the Party and State of Vietnam for the medal, saying that it is an extremely noble and meaningful award to him.
He pledged that he will do his best to make contributions to promoting the relationship between the two countries in general, and between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in particular.
