Soc Trang police launch “Loving arms” social program
On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s appeal for patriotic emulation (June 11th), the Trade Union chapter, the Women’s Union chapter and the Youth Union chapter of the Soc Trang Provincial Police Department carried out the “Loving arms” social program to support disadvantaged children in Ward 2 of Vinh Chau town on the morning of June 21st, 2024.
On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s appeal for patriotic emulation (June 11th), the Trade Union chapter, the Women’s Union chapter and the Youth Union chapter of the Soc Trang Provincial Police Department carried out the “Loving arms” social program to support disadvantaged children in Ward 2 of Vinh Chau town on the morning of June 21st, 2024.
During the program, delegates presented gifts to 50 disadvantaged children, and organized 0-VND clothing stalls as well as 0-VND buffet stalls for needy people and needy children in the area.
In addition, delegates also held public meetings to popularize laws to local children and adolescents, contributing to raising their awareness of law observance and sense of responsibility for cybersecurity and good conducts in cyberspace.
During the law dissemination drives, police officers also provided people with criminals’ methods and tricks of committing crimes and encouraged them to actively join in the fight again[A1] st crimes.
