Vietnamese police officers urgently search for life in the rubble.

Using a camera system with devices recording images and sounds, Vietnamese police officers detected signs of life with two different sounds beneath the collapsed building, and they decided that it would be two survivors. 

The Vietnamese police rescue mission managed to locate the position where a sound had come from, and continued to dig down to approach the victim.

The way to the victim became too narrow in a depth of 6 meters that a Vietnamese police officer could go down to reach the victim while the sound from the victim became more and more audible.

Vietnamese police officers started to communicate with the victim, greeting and inquiring his health: "Hello" "How are you?".

They became so joyful when hearing the victim’s answers.

In order to early get the victim out of the debris, the Vietnamese police rescue team coordinated with the Turkish authorities to mobilize more forces and equipment to save the victim's life. 

At that time, the Pakistan Army's high-security team working behind the building, where the Vietnamese police rescue team were searching, moved toward and joined Vietnamese police’s effort in searching and rescuing the victims.

The Vietnamese and Pakistani rescue forces coordinated effectively so at 10:10 p.m. (local time) on February 11, a 17-year-old boy was finally taken out of the rubble amid the overwhelming emotions of relatives and international forces participating in the rescue operation.
