Hanoi to host international exhibition in defense and security

According to VIDSE 2020's organizing board, the exhibition, which will take place from March 4-6, 2020, at the National Convention Centre, Hanoi, is expected to welcome over 120 companies specializing in the security and defense industries from 40 countries and Vietnam.

The exhibition will be jointly organized by the Hanoi Advertising and International Fair Joint Stock Company and UK-based Clarion Events in coordination with the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Industry and Trade.

VIDSE 2020 will take place from March 4-6, 2020 in Hanoi.

Tran Lan Anh, HADIFA's director said the event will serve as an important opportunity for Vietnam's security and defense industry as well as Vietnamese defense and security leaders, experts and enterprises to experience the most advanced technologies from world leading suppliers.

In return, it will also open an opportunity for the participating suppliers to exchange information and technology with the Vietnamese side, first steps for future cooperation.

The display stretching an area of 20,000m2 will feature various modern weapons, vehicles, supporting platforms, and technological solutions.

There would also be bilateral and multilateral conferences and meetings chaired or proposed by the Ministry of Public Security and Ministry of Defense of the host country during the exhibition.
