The event also saw the presence of Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Ministry of Public Security.
According to the report by Major General Do Anh Tuan, Director of the Public Security Education and Training Department, over the past time, the organization and structures of public security academies and schools have been streamlined towards efficiency and effectiveness, meeting the requirements of developing high-quality human resources for the Public Security Forces in the new situation.

At the same time, the department advised the MPS leadership to issue various documents on the comprehensive management of education and training activities in the Public Security Forces while actively developing coordination mechanisms between public security educational and training institutions and their output users – agencies and units of the MPS.
At the meeting, delegates also discussed difficulties in education and training as well as proposed solutions to further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of education and training in the Public Security Forces in the coming time.
Addressing the event, Minister To Lam hailed the efforts and contributions of the public security education and training sector over the past time to building the Public Security Forces.
In order to raise the efficiency of education and training to meet the task requirements of the Public Security Forces, the Minister asked the Education and Training Department to closely coordinate with relevant agencies and units under the MPS as well as public security academies and schools to work out appropriate and effective solutions.
In the long term, the Minister asked the Education and Training Department, in coordination with relevant agencies, units and educational institutions under the MPS, to research and give the upper levels advice on the strategy to build revolutionary, regular, elite, and modernized Public Security Forces by 2030 in line with the Resolutions of the 13th National Party Congress and the 7th Public Security Party Congress.
