Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc inspects implementation of Project 06 at police unit in Hanoi
Standing Deputy Head of the Government's Project 06 Working Group and Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, leading a delegation, inspected the deployment of two integrated online public services of the project at the Tay Ho District Police Station, Hanoi, on the morning of November 24.
In a brief report on the digitalization of records, archives and documentations, Chief of the Tay Ho District Police Station Colonel Nguyen Huu Khanh said that the district police had developed a plan to disseminate the benefits of Project 06 and the content of the 2020 Law on Residence in various forms and methods, while guiding relevant agencies, organizations and individuals toward seven methods of using online public services as well as instructing local medical examination and treatment facilities to deploy the utility group of Project 06.
Regarding the work of cleaning residential data to make them "correct, sufficient, clean, live", leaders of the district police directed their subordinate ward police posts to propose the local citizens to reset their personal identification numbers, meeting the targets set by the Ministry of Public Security and the Hanoi Municipal Police Department.
The Chief of the Tay Ho District Police Station affirmed that the unit will activate 100% of level 1 accounts by December 15 and set a target of 100% of the district’s citizens to have level 2 accounts when performing public services.
The police unit has also erected 10 public service points in the area to serve people while it in coordination with the Tay Ho District People's Committee is enhancing information dissemination on online public services and guiding people to use them.
At the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc asked representatives of functional offices of the Tay Ho District People's Committee such as Health and Justice about data digitization, implementation of the two integrated online public services.
Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc also asked representatives from the Police Department to Administrative Management of Social Order and members of the delegation gave explanations and instructions to the district offices on the issues.
Emphasizing the importance of administrative management as a urgent task in the current situation, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc requested leaders of all units to thoroughly comprehend the significance of Project 06 and lead their units to step up the implementation of the project.
He asked leaders of Hanoi City’s police and the Directorate of the Police Department of Administrative Management on Social Order to raise the awareness of each officer of their units on the significance and importance of the project.
