The deputy minister also highlighted the importance of the planning, finance, and logistics sectors, saying that the sectors create a basis to build revolutionary, elite, regular and modern Public Security Forces by 2030.

He asked all agencies and units specializing in planning, finance and logistics to strictly follow the Ministry of Public Security’s Scheme 203 to actively develop action work plans and programs in the coming time.

The financial sector should also actively review, accelerate disbursement for projects and raise the efficiency of the use of allocations of the State Budget as well as of available and on-site resources while the financial and logistic sectors should prioritize investment in key projects and projects for district and communal police forces.

Meanwhile, the planning sector should speed up realization of projects in the fields of security industry and technology, improve the efficiency of State management of projects, develop a master plan on management of public-service units in the Public Security Forces.

The three sectors should enhance coordination to maintain the continuity, safety and security of infrastructure and transmission networks, and promptly respond to unexpected incidents, contributing to ensuring fast connection between the MPS headquarters to local police units.
