PPA awards doctoral degree to 40 newly-rewarded doctors
Deputy Minister Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To attended a doctoral degree awarding ceremony held by the People’s Police Academy (PPA) on August 25 in Hanoi.
In 2022, 40 PhD students successfully defended their doctoral thesis at the PPA.
Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the PPA Lieutenant General Tran Minh Huong, commended and congratulated 40 newly-rewarded doctors and suggested that they effectively use their acquired knowledge to serve their work, contributing to promoting the Public Security Forces’ State management of security and order as well as the fight against crime.
Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To and Lieutenant General Tran Minh Huong handed the doctoral degrees to the 40 newly-recognized doctors.
As one of the leading education institutions under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), as of 2022, the PPA has organized hundreds of post-graduate courses and offered training courses for Lao and Cambodian police officers.
