Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung works with Department of Professional Records

Major General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security had a meeting on August 16 with the Department of Professional Records (DPR) under the Ministry of Public Security on its task performance.
At the meeting, Major General Ngo Thi Hoang Yen, Director of the DPR briefed the deputy minister and delegates on the department’s task performance over the past time, saying that the DPR has coordinated with relevant units to complete legal documents regulating the work of professional document management.
In addition, the DPR directed and guided the local police units to review and correct information in their professional records as well as to improve the quality of their information networks and professional databases.
Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung asked the DPR to focus on developing it as a comprehensive professional information center and promoting the application of digital technology in the management of professional records.
The deputy minister also emphasized that all officers of the professional records management force must have a high sense of responsibility for work, continuously improve computer skills, foreign languages and professional expertise while leaders of the department should reasonably assign responsibilities to officers to raise the working efficiency.
